My name is Sophie Melzack. I am an attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist. I completed a 4 year training in attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapy at The Bowlby Centre and I am a registered member of United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) .
In addition to my private practice, I work with parents and infants as a perinatal psychotherapist within a parent infant mental health service in the NHS.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked as a litigation solicitor in the City.
